Authorization of Work
By approving or signing any invoice, work order, estimate, or service agreement, the customer authorizes Avant Plumbing & Testing Inc. to perform the requested plumbing and related services. The customer agrees to pay all charges associated with the services performed.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and approved credit cards. Failure to remit payment may result in additional fees, collection efforts, or suspension of future services.
No Warranty on Customer-Provided Parts
Avant Plumbing & Testing Inc. does not provide any warranty, guarantee, or liability coverage for parts, materials, or equipment supplied by the customer.
Exceptions to Our Responsibilities
Avant Plumbing & Testing Inc. is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or other losses unless caused by proven negligence. This includes pre-existing, hidden, defective, deteriorated, or undisclosed conditions such as mold, lead piping, damaged lines, or structural defects.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen conditions, equipment failure, or limited access. Any damage necessary to complete the work, including damage to walls, flooring, landscaping, concrete, paint, tile, or similar materials, is not the responsibility of Avant Plumbing & Testing Inc.
If unexpected conditions are encountered, work may be paused and additional charges may apply with customer approval.
Scope of Work
Services are limited to the work described in the invoice or work order. Any additional work requires customer authorization and may result in additional charges.
Time and Access
The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the work area. Completion times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to conditions beyond the company’s control.
Limitation of Liability
Avant Plumbing & Testing Inc.’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services performed. The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
